7-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition
- Proof of purchase / order number is required
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
